Dark Land RPG

You need to know that we are a proud faction that doesn't take **** from anybody, except from our own. You are encouraged to behave in that manner, though it is not mandatory to do so. You will find it to be appealing, and maybe even fun!

There are currently very few stats in DL-RPG. Here's a quick rundown on each.

Primary stats: are the ones listed by attributes. The Primary stats are:

Health Points (HP): How much damage you can take before becoming incapitated.
Attack (ATK): That number seen in brackets near the weapon name...Its a general guide to how much Pwnage Power you have.
Defense (DEF): The number in brackets near the armour name...A general guide to how much Pwnage Power you can resist. The more DEF you have, the longer you live for.
Magic Attack (MGC ATK): The number in brackets near a Staff's name...A general guide to how much Magic Pwnage Power you have.
Magic Defense (MGC DEF): The number in brackets near a Mage Armour's name...A general guide to how much Magic Pwnage Power you can resist...I think. The more MGC DEF you have, the more times you can be struck by lightning...I think.
Level: Even more abstract value of how much you have advanced in the game.






About Armors:

They give you defense.  To wear an armor, you have to meet certain requirements (Namely, level).

There are special types of armors that give you some extra bonuses. These are rare and can only be obtained through blood and sweat.


About Weapons:

They require a certain level to be wielded. There are several different varieties.


Types Of Weapons:

Weapons (KNIGHT): These can only be used by knights. They dont provide anything special in terms of offense, but they come bundled with a shield, which provides defense bonuses.

Weapons (SOLDIER): These basically kick the ass of the Knights in terms of offense. They do more damage, but do not provide the defense bonus.

Bows: Bows are not limited by race or class, so anyone can equip them. They have impressive damage, but aren't as easy to use.

Axes: These aren't limited by Race or class either, and are often good starting weapons for newer players.

Special Weapons:

Legendary

These weapons are rare, and are only obtained through blood and sweat. They offer greater bonuses than purchasable weapons. And example of a Legendary weapon would be that of DarkLord Boo, who has +150,000 in every stat. This is because he is the game owner, so don't expect your legendary weapons to be quite as impressive.

The Account Options is where you edit or change things directly relating to your account and not necessarily relating to your character. The quickest way to this is clicking your name in the top right box. This will show you topics that have recently been posted in.

Home:

Returns you back to the "Recently used topics" page.

View Profile:

Lets you see what your profile looks like to visitors.

Edit Profile:

Here you can change Email Address, Password, and real life information.

Avatar:

Upload or choose an avatar that will be seen under your name in the forum.

Biography:

Tell us a bit about yourself :) Be it your ingame character, or the real you.

Signature:

Edit your forum Signature. We aren't too fussed what goes here, but it MUST state your character stats. After that, you can do whatever ya want.

Settings:

Edit settings. Choose whether You can see signatures, how many times a post has been viewed ETC. A few other important settings, i HIGHLY suggest checking it out.

The rest is rather explanatory i think...


Here you can buy weapons or armours , or just socialise. The names are rather self explanatory here, so i wont go into detail.
