This is where the Vilopian Empire gives back to it's minions, you may borrow money for equipment, or borrow some of the equipment we already have purchased. Please do not post in here, if you want to be lent something please PM your Queen. There are a few rules you must adhere to:
In order to borrow equipment you must have been in the faction for at least 48 hours.
To borrow money you must be at least level 5.
You may only borrow the weapons that are in your level list, if the weapon is in the level 10 list this means in order to borrow this weapon you must be level 10 or higher.
If you would like to donate equipment or money to the faction please PM your Queen.

From time to time we might have weapons and/or armour to lend to our minions. Here we will list the equipment that we have to offer. Your name and the name of the equipment you borrowed will be placed on this list until you have given the equipment back. REMEMBER: You may not leave the Vilopian Empire until you have given back the equipment, no faction will accept you while you still have debts with another faction.
